Yellow is...

... a banner for a charity concert... ... celandines growing in our lawn...
... daffodils coming into bloom...
... and some tiny narcissii... ... the plastic bag in which our recycling is collected every week...
... wild flowers drawn from life by son 2 a few years ago...... mimosa just coming into bloom too - it forms part of the French 'flower calendar', which sees crysanthemums on 1st November for graves, Lily of the Valley for Mothers' Day, and mimosa bunches for the beginning of spring... ... a bunch of bananas... ... organic, because the over-use of pesticides on 'ordinary' bananas leads to birth-defects in the workers' babies...
... our local Renault garage, who recently did a great job repairing our Scenic... ... a crocus on a fruit bowl...
... and in the garden... ... and the yellow bowl with this chicken, who is being chased by yesterday's orange fox: Run, chicken, run!
I'm loving all the other blogs taking part in Colour Week - don't forget to check some of them out!

Hi

Thanks for popping into my blog - how lucky to live in France. We would love to live there - its where the boys first started fishing - we stayed at a great campsite in the Loire with a fabulous lake. So they went to Auchan, bought some cheap kit and have been hooked ever since - if you pardon the pun.

Will add you to my favourites so i can dream that its really me living there.

I'm coveting that yellow chicken cup -- especially because we own chickens!

Yellow, such a spring colour...love daffs starting to open up, hopefully that's a good sign that spring really is on its way.
Take care.
